Despite the popular belief that after the nukes we will all be prancing around in leather and tooled up vehicles, saving the world from marauding gangs of bikers, the truth is far from it. This site isn't here to debate nuclear war, and in fact the films I am reviewing do not tend to include the actuall events, rather the inhabitants many years later. Here, in its entirety is the BBC movie Threads, a distressing look at the period directly before and after an attack in the UK. A superb and chilling movie.
